    You send a note

    The form on the contact page, or an email. A few lines about what you have and what is wrong is plenty.

  2. Step 02

    I look before I reply

    I read your current site or setup and come back with questions, or a call time if it is quicker.

  3. Step 03

    You get a written plan

    Scope, price, timeline and what I need from you, before any commitment.

  4. Step 04

    I build, then I keep it running

    Phased work with a review at each step. Care afterwards if you want it.

An automated intake assistant that can answer simple requests by email is on the lab roadmap. Until then, every message reaches me directly.
