This website is operated by Hagans Consulting, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, trading here as Hagans Tech.

You may use the site, play the level and create an account for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to break in, scrape accounts, or interfere with the service for other people.

The site is provided as is. It is a small business's own website, not a critical service; I fix problems quickly but make no uptime promise here.

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Sign-in is through Google; I never see your password. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings.

The newsletter is opt-in. Ticking the box means occasional email about what Hagans Tech is building; every email has an unsubscribe link and you can change the setting in your account.

The chat bubble on this site is Davi, an automated assistant, not a person. It answers questions about Hagans Tech and can pass a project inquiry to me. Its replies are generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong, so nothing Davi says is a quote, a commitment or advice; every project is scoped and priced by me in writing. Do not put passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat. How Davi handles what you type is in the privacy notice.

The level hands out a promo code when a lifetime coin total is reached. Each code has its own terms, shown when it is claimed and repeated below. Codes are a discount on future work, not money, and are applied when a project is scoped and agreed in writing.

The site's design, copy, code and the level are the property of Hagans Consulting, LLC. Client projects remain the property of the client as set out in each agreement.
